I believe it is extremely vital for a recruiter to meet with their candidates in person and get to know exactly what the candidate is seeking. As an HR rep., I have seen many other agencies provide us with candidates who they had never met or knew anything about what they were looking for. In my opinion, that is a very counter-productive way for both the candidate and the recruiter to fill a position. Hats off to Regional!
